Privacy
Plain-language privacy, like everything else here.
The short version: we collect only what you give us, we use it only to reply to you and do the work, and we never sell it. The longer version follows.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, business name, phone number, and, if you chose to share them, your Facebook page link and a message.
When you browse the site, we collect usage statistics through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: pages visited, country, device type, and performance timings. These two are cookieless and do not identify you personally.
We also use Google Analytics, which does set cookies on your device. It tells us which pages people read, which links they click, and roughly where visitors come from (a search, a Facebook post, an ad), so we know what is worth writing more of. We do not send it your name, email, or phone number. If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and your browser's tracking protection or cookie settings will also block it.
When you send the contact form, we record where your visit came from, for example a Facebook link or a Google search, and attach it to your enquiry. That is so we know which channels actually reach people; it is never used to profile you.
What we use it for
One thing: replying to your enquiry and, if you become a client, delivering the work you hired us for. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Usage statistics go to Vercel and to Google Analytics, which may process them outside the Philippines. All three process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Nothing you submit is posted publicly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and client records for as long as we work together plus any period the law requires. If you never become a client, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it, no forms and no runaround.
Questions
Email hello@northfold.digital and a person will answer. If we ever change this policy, the changes appear on this page.
