We talk first, a short call or Messenger chat, so we understand your business and what the site or store actually needs to do. Then you get one fixed quote for the whole build before any work starts. No hourly billing, no rush fees, and the number never changes once you say yes.
If people need to find you, trust you, and message or visit you, that is a website. If they need to buy from you online and pay for it there and then, that is a store. If you are not sure, say so on the first chat and we will tell you honestly, including when a simple website is the cheaper right answer.
Launch and Revamp cover up to 8 sections on a single page, which is plenty for most businesses: hero, offer, proof, prices, and a way to contact you. If you need additional pages, or 9 or more sections, your project is a Business build: up to 5 pages, each one designed to rank for its own searches.
You do, directly to Shopify, on your own account. That keeps the store in your name and your card, so nothing is held hostage if you ever stop working with us. Shopify's subscription is separate from our build fee and from the care plan.
Yes. Migration from another platform is part of the Custom Package, and it is available as an add-on to Signature. We move products, collections, and customers across, and set up redirects so the rankings you already have follow you.
Nothing bad. The site or store is yours either way. You just take over hosting renewals, security updates, and edits yourself, or come back to us for one-off changes anytime.
Completely. The domain is registered in your name, and you get full access to everything we build. There is no lock-in and nothing held hostage.
That depends on what we are building: a focused one-page site is a smaller job than a five-page site or a custom store. What we promise is a firm launch date, agreed in the first conversation before any work starts, and we hit it. No open-ended projects, no drifting timelines.
Yes, standard domain registration is included and registered in your name. If you want a premium or aftermarket domain (one that someone already owns or that registrars charge more for), we help you get it and bill it at cost, with the amount shown to you before you commit.
About an hour of your time for the first chat, your logo if you have one, and a few photos of your business or products. If you have none of those, we work with what you have and make it look intentional.
Every build ships with proper page titles, descriptions, structured data, and a sitemap, so Google can index it correctly from day one. Ranking takes time for any new site, but yours starts with the right foundations.
